					<description>B, keep looking. Our old place was in Dillionvale, a "suburb" of Blue Ash. Blue Ash was expensive, but Dillionvale was cheap. I'm sure there's a pocket like that around Mason. Also, since Mason's got great schools (which you don't care about right now), try looking someplace nearby that ain't so good. Milford perhaps (sorry Causey).

J, it's the fact that you'll get at least 100% of your money back when you sell the place. Appartment living is like throwing money away. Although not having to mow my lawn, pay for new hot water heaters and replace front doors does sound pretty nice.</description>
